What's Happening

Unity of Bellevue will celebrate Earth Day 2010 in a big way. Learn about our Step Up to the Plate program on our Eating Green page.

Plan on following up Unity's Earth Day event by participating in Spring Into Bed: Seattle's Food Revolution Celebration, on Saturday, May 8th. Participate in a sponsored garden-building event, designed to foster a community food system.

The Green Committee of Unity of Bellevue meets on the second Sunday of each month at 12:15 PM in the Library. The meeting is open to all interested persons. Please join us -- and start making a difference for the planet.

Unity of Bellevue is a member of Northwest Region Association of Unity and participates in
Unity Northwest Region Earth Care Program.

Northwest Earth Care Declaration

We declare:

     There is a standard for the practice of being human. We are called to be stewards of Earth.
     There is an ethic for our relationship with Earth. All creation has one source and is connected as One.
     We are called to act in harmony and respect with all creation. All voices are equally important and must be heard.

We declare our covenant with God to walk upon Earth for the greatest good of all creation.
